why do i care about what people say?
i'm secure and im part of the team.No matter what role i play i know i have contributed. end of story=)
i cant wait for what God has prepared for me.

& i saw fighter jets preparing to lift off the ground...they are ready to engage in battle...

i desire to be one of the jets.

im just going to give the best out of everything and anything.who am i?im part of jj badminton team and whatever i play,i treasure it. Sometimes, when things are just within your comfort zone, you would feel a tinge of how others who are hanging by the cliff feels.Though nicholas is no longer part of the team, he still shows concern about the teamn etc. Through this short yet painful experience God place me through, i've quite a bit.

it's about giving your all and doing your part well.
i dont give a damn if im good or im not able to get all the glitz and glamour. i wont give a damn whatever negative comments and definitely are not determinant of my character or causing a deminution to my actual ability.
if i am a subsititute,i do my part well by being ready to replace any player that is not in their condition.
This is what being in a team is.
its surely not fighting to be in the mainstream.
its about supporting each other and progressing as a team.

the primal fear of regression or demeaning of one's ego is what i've learnt. That is to humbl yourself to serve even when you dont have the big and majesty titles like CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICIER, etc.Its NOT about protecting your title, its about protecting what you believe in and what you would die for.

A leader has to understand this.
A leader is also a servant; he leads and serves by example.

The mark of a leader is not being branded by a title, it is being able to influence and being able to replicate that very belief into the hearts of others and that very belief will resonate through generations......

to be a world class church
in a first world nation
with a first class spiritual atmosphere....
