before i start, i want to "thank" that kyson so scaring me because he just greeted me with a big bang!he threw his body on the not so heavy door and BLAM! plus i was about to open the door!goodness, but somehow i had a premonition that something like that would happen but i didnt expect its him. haha, almost died of a heart attack.

OK, TEAM JJ had the FIRST gym session with coach hayden on 29 feb 07. it was simply full of suprises. i dont even think i can lift a pen tmr man.its really " ghostly kind of trg(pls translate to chinese)" i shall not eleborate much cos i need some sleep! but the best thing is that i managed to endure the half bridging!whereas the rest, i wasnt able to complete them nicely cos i needed help for arms lift and biceps curl. and i really hope that i can do double skip non stop one day.im seriously lousy at it.
in short, gym training= hellish training to the power of 2.

then mr seah told us that trgs is going to increase to 5 days a week!oh my goodness.i've only done so in KL w/o hwk.but now its completely different!but i believe i can do it!then i heard them saying that there might be a player that is going to be provided w scholarship through badminton or something like that.means hes ultra pro! then, i think i wun have the chance to play third singles this year alrdy.how sad:( but not confirmed or whatsoever,cuz i eavesdropped!HAHAHAHA.anyway, as i had mentioned early in this year's entry mr koh is a nice principal so dont dislike him! ohohoh, the coolest part about the 5-day trg schedule is that if we happen to be lagging behing in our school work or unclear concepts, we can approach the department and they will send a teacher to teach us!HOW GREAT CAN THAT BE.my my my.

however, GOD IS STILL THE GREATEST. i think all these are arranged by Him,for he knows what i am and truly want. knows that i've been trying hard all these years for. and i will continue to believe in him for he has given me so much hope and motivation in 2007.

first training after a week.
and my physical ability on court is lousy like siao

so today is conditioning day.
it was so tough OK, my thighs and calf muscles are literally NUMB and DISABLED.
well,i deserved it because the stupid CAIJUNJIE went to CYCLE 10km in 20mins. and RUN 3.79km in 20mins(which is rather slow though). im such a NOOB shit who is unable to stick to my plans.HIAS.and i failed to push myself to the limit.its so disappointing.
on the lighter note,i've tried.so its still not so bad.

AND MY NOSE BLEED TODAY,for no reason.and its not the 1st time this week alrdy.oh man.i think i might have cancer!HAHAHAHAH

phew, CNY is finally over. this year is indeed a routine year and im going to accelerate. i actually went out to study with my d6 people!though it last for only bout 1hr.HHAHA. tsk tsk.the post CNY mood is still haunting me,but its going to be over very soon. tmr will be a nice day to study.yay! then we went PANSIRI's house to FEAST on SPAGETTI and TOM YAM SOUP. goodness, freakingly delicious PLUS HANA KIMI.WAH,its the best day of CNY. ohoh and before that, we watch NORBIT. its disgustingly FUNNY. all should watch course you guys will suffer the aftershock of the movie!LOL.

anyway, test is coming up. SO I BETTER GET MY ASS MOVING.

THE GREAT EXPECTATIONS

today is THURSDAY and sigh, LAST DAY OF TRAINING! because breaking for CNY.SIAN MAN. i really loveeeee training with coach hayden.hes soo nice and good!wahahahahaha.im glad that i didnt leave JJC. and you know what, being the 3rd singles in JJC is tough.my teacher and coach have high expectations of me cos they really really lack players as im the only J1 guy staying in JJ badminton.wahpiang eh lo. then today they sort of finalise those playing for this year alrdy then wah, i cant play doubles cos coach says its too late for me to make the switch!sian,that benjamin shouldnt have went AC then can pair w me mah! then mr seah said," JUNJIE, you have to train very hard ah!"
his words i tell you,is like WOW,its going to impact on my life man. all the more i should train even harder.
but so far,im quite happy at the way im pushing myself to my limit every training session. it feels tiring and energy sapping.However it feels soo good to complete all the drills.


i tried to "brainwash" gwen goh(GG) today ,into staying into JJC by reasoning the theory behind primary school's excellence and secondary sec's sucky-ness. and she agreed with me.Hopefully she can get her parents to agree with my theory too!but im just worried for her CCA because she said jj dance is not very good, so i dont know lah.but still i hope that she stays!!! so GG liao!

and SILVER LEE YING HAO IS THE COOLEST PERSON ON EARTH.
he knows a THOUSAND of my friends.and he randomed my blog. PLUS hes in my LG! that is amazing. her sister is in rv and has the same birthday as me..so i can conclude that ALL 28/03/1990 babies are SMART BABIES. i mean ALL!!

i think i should stop now cos its getting late and i think today's LEADERS meeting is freaking toot and lame.

hahaha,i just submitted my application to JJC=D. Although i faced peer pressure and the temptation to go to a so called "better" JC, i kept my stand strong!This is because i really love my JJC badminton team! and of course the promise i made. i really do not like to break promises because we are talking about trust here. i faced a HUGE dilemma when i received my result, 12-3=9pts. People were telling me that this decision affects my future! and they were telling me to go AC,SA or CJ. sigh. well, what i feel that is if i really work hard and go to a good uni,who cares about your jc?anw,my life is alrdy so hectic alrdy and if i spend somemore time travelling i'll drop dead. so my final decision is made-JJC.i'll pia all my internal organs out.i'll gather all the strength and God's strength, harness them and pave out a bright future for myself.i'll keep the promise to find a part time job during the june or dec hols this yr.cos i really need some exposure!anw, kunjie me and tonny are christians in the team!woo.thats cool man.

now to subject combi.SIGH. i really duno how cause i missed by a point to 4h2.and i dont know which contrasting subject to take!SERIOUSLY.econs is out of my interest.geog is getting boring.china studies feels scary.(and i dont know if i can take it). a BIGGER SIGH when angelina and yilun might not be staying in JJC.what will my future class be like agn!

i really want to be myself but sometimes i really dont like the way i behave.im trying very hard to change.im afraid of the eyes of judgement.where has all my courage to face everyone gone to.

i quite like the china people for we share the same passion.but its also difficult for me to communicate w them for i have low confidence in my chinese language ability. and hahaha,i can actually take CHINESE LANGUAGE ELECTIVE.wow,i do hv some profiency in chinese man.

okay,i'll stop all these for this worries would be solved very soon.i'll find a way.

TODAY,saturday.WOSH.is the ultimate trg session.ultra tiring.so tiring i wanted to cry after i finished the whole thing.its an accomplishment man.i hadnt been trg up till that level for a very very very long time.the time when i push myself again and again. In this way,i know i will improve somehow in the long run.well,theres still the lack of speed in my play again.im am seriously a fart-tard in speed.amazingly slow.sigh sigh sigh.

I WILL WORK EVEN HARDER.

anw,i want to thank ms chew sooo much because i got B3 for english.normally,i will get c5,b4. furthermore,i flunked my paper 1 and i really thought that its the end of me.this is sooo suprising.even more shocking is my sshist got b3 and higher chi-b3. WOW WOW WOW.all these louya subs i actually passed them and got a decent grade.hahhaa but im really disappointed by both my a2 sciences.

ITS FUN,though its ultra tiring!hahaha.Being a rides coordinator is so fun!much better than dng stall duty!hahaha.i sat bout 6-8 rides free.sit soo much until my bums gng to rot and bruised like mad!HAHHAHA.i really enjoyed the time spent tgt with some of my LG people!and the super top dancer earned like mad lah.cos theres SO many ppl than sat the ride!SO POPULAR.initially we still had to beg ppl to sit.LOL. how ironical.

anyway,my stall managed to sell away all the sandwiches and i think i'll stop here!!

today is thursday and its meant to be a training day but i tio scammed by the leaders' dry for love fiesta! they said its 5-6 but it end up to be at 730!WHAT THE HELL. im sooooooo pissed cos i missed 1h30mins of my trg! TSK TSK TSK. then coach hayden so HIONG.ask me do defence for 2omins.its so sudden and tiring. i seriously need to work alot on my agility.it might have work during sec 2 but not anymore!
hiaz then i ALMOST lost to joel. sucks 24-22 lah. just abit then i'll lose.Though i prayed very hard at the verge of losing when he caught up w me.but i think its just plain LUCK for me to win.i need more trgs and more of You. theres much that i dont agree w Christianity but deep down i can feel His presence.that only can make me trust that Christianity is real.
ok i shall stop this cos yilun will think that im trying to brainwash him or whatsoever stuff!
