today is the last day of 2006. & im loving it.
2006, not brillant and not too bad. at least i acheived something and not like 2005,the damned year.however,it is also a year filled with much disappointment.
now, 31/12/2006 ,16:39. i look forward to the arrival of 2007 with much anticipation. Because theres You in my heart. Believing is such an immerse strength from within. It will be soooo much different from now on. Thats because He gives me hope, confidence and determination. And i need them for my future.

I was clearing up my old stuff just now and the sweetness of the past just rushed into my mouth.i could taste them.I was such a fanatic of badminton.All the pain and fun of it were dugged out instanteously,hahaha.Theres also messages from my previous relationship and its so mushy but i like it.hahaha.
& i looked so tiny and childish last time when i looked at the year book.gosh,is that me? its so unbelievable.time really flies. im 16 now.all grown up and ready to face the world in few years' time. theres this page where i drew on my ek's face and it looked like shit.hahaha.
then after i cleared everything,i've decided to make my 2007 a brillant one.i shant waste anymore time.i MUST make my mark. i know i can do it with Him around me all the time.

-this time ,there is no room for excuses.
The embarkment starts on 3/1/2007. 2006 ends tonight. the year of pig-LOVE IT!

hello people!m back frm the kl trip although i din want to COME BACK!its SO FUN there,i dont mind staying there like FOREVER SIA!HAHAHA.all those people who didnt go are really sad ppl!HAHA.i only missed my handphone, PSP and computer!HAHAHA.

DAY 1
we reached MBA roughly at ard 3pm or so and before reaching it,i saw this ultra huge YONEX sign and i went, HEY THATS MY SPONSOR!i wana visit it!, as i thought i was some kind of badminton manufacturing plant with all the coolest badminton gadgets in it!THEN, I FOUND OUT IT WAS MBA!i was SOOOO DAMN EXCITED.i went in and WOW, there are 32 COURTS!the largest badminton hall in M'sia!it was in slangor.the height of the building is sooo high that it will NOT affect the shuttle's path at all! when we got into our bunks, i found out that our aircon is SPOILT.IT BLOWS HOT AIR!HAHAHA.then we changed from room 2 to room 9!room 9 is HUGE.it is meant for 5ppl only but 3 of us(me,guohao and xiaojun) got to use it!however,it was only TATAMEs or TILUMs in S'pore.then we just played loh!

DAY 2
It was terror day for me! i aint conditioned for hiong trgs,so i was rather worn out and had muscle aches here and there.it was terrible,but at least i got to eat DIM SUMS!really nice and cheap!WAHAHAHA.HAR GAO RULES!then at night it was KFC.so boring.lunch was ku lu rice!all together,not more than RM 20 bucks!ANYWAY,we learnt STRATEGIES!yes,these are what i lack in badminton! there was this attacking front then sudden back attack(70% vs 30%) and vice versa,depending on u and ur opponent.i have yet to apply this effectively:(but i will try my best to polish up!oh then theres the fast game,by disabling the front area.i think it could be used for those who are weaker at the back.OH THE COACHES ARE JIVA AND (NARISH?),THEY ROCK!

DAY 3
its a sunday and we trained!i cant exactly rmb what happened but i think that we learnt more more game play like foot setting and neutral position.then i got the chance to talk to qimin and share our experience tgt loh.we are really poor things lah!i rmb that we are all very healthy people as we bought tons of fruits,milk and healthy stuff!Anna chan loves the stuff that i eat loh!hahaa!ITS FUN! and i kept listening to SEXYBACK!and CLEMENT IS SUCH A JOKER.DIXUN IS LIKE SIYUAN + WEIRONG.lol! juniors are so nice.hahaha.

DAY 4
i think this day we had friendly with MBA badminton.apparently this grp is not very grp de.we won overall! and i think at night, there was M'sia NATIONAL PLAYERS exhibition match and they are sooo pro!it has fired up my passion for badminton once agn!i dont think i will ever stop badminton ANYMORE.there had been soo much peer influence this yr lah,but i think i will still revert back to badminton!hehehehe.OH YA,the ANG MO KIO ppl came and turned the place upside down,becuase almost the whole team came?ard 25+ ppl loh.we only had 14+2.

DAY 5
we had trg in the morn and i think we went sunway in the afternoon!ITS SO BROING,only the part that i went foot reflexology rocks!OH YA,I SAT ON I-GALLOP!SOO FUNNY!HAHAHAHA.

DAY 6
IT was the last day,so i was DAMN SAD.but we had two friendly matches, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.we had SO MUCH FUN.this grp was much much closer to our standards and i had some problems fighting back lah.i felt that my mental strength and physical strength had very much increased as i really had the time and space to think of what to do and polish up my skills.in s'pore i seldom get that luxury of time:(.the ppl there really had the passion to play badminton.what was i actually dng last year, wasting my time here!and now,im waiting for the m'sia ppl to add me on MSN!even the coaches are very passionate leh!

DAY 7
HOME!SO SIAN.

this trip has really inspired me to do better in badminton and to follow my dreams.i am myself!i shud do what i really wnt!nothing is impossible.seriously.the ppl in m'sia did it,so can i.i just have to believe in myself.
