<12:04>, this is what my computer's clock is yelling at me now. i just had to blog about today because its simply too important.

before i start, i want to "thank" that kyson so scaring me because he just greeted me with a big bang!he threw his body on the not so heavy door and BLAM! plus i was about to open the door!goodness, but somehow i had a premonition that something like that would happen but i didnt expect its him. haha, almost died of a heart attack.

OK, TEAM JJ had the FIRST gym session with coach hayden on 29 feb 07. it was simply full of suprises. i dont even think i can lift a pen tmr man.its really " ghostly kind of trg(pls translate to chinese)" i shall not eleborate much cos i need some sleep! but the best thing is that i managed to endure the half bridging!whereas the rest, i wasnt able to complete them nicely cos i needed help for arms lift and biceps curl. and i really hope that i can do double skip non stop one day.im seriously lousy at it.
in short, gym training= hellish training to the power of 2.

then mr seah told us that trgs is going to increase to 5 days a week!oh my goodness.i've only done so in KL w/o hwk.but now its completely different!but i believe i can do it!then i heard them saying that there might be a player that is going to be provided w scholarship through badminton or something like that.means hes ultra pro! then, i think i wun have the chance to play third singles this year alrdy.how sad:( but not confirmed or whatsoever,cuz i eavesdropped!HAHAHAHA.anyway, as i had mentioned early in this year's entry mr koh is a nice principal so dont dislike him! ohohoh, the coolest part about the 5-day trg schedule is that if we happen to be lagging behing in our school work or unclear concepts, we can approach the department and they will send a teacher to teach us!HOW GREAT CAN THAT BE.my my my.

however, GOD IS STILL THE GREATEST. i think all these are arranged by Him,for he knows what i am and truly want. knows that i've been trying hard all these years for. and i will continue to believe in him for he has given me so much hope and motivation in 2007.
