first training after a week.
and my physical ability on court is lousy like siao

so today is conditioning day.
it was so tough OK, my thighs and calf muscles are literally NUMB and DISABLED.
well,i deserved it because the stupid CAIJUNJIE went to CYCLE 10km in 20mins. and RUN 3.79km in 20mins(which is rather slow though). im such a NOOB shit who is unable to stick to my plans.HIAS.and i failed to push myself to the limit.its so disappointing.
on the lighter note,i've tried.so its still not so bad.

AND MY NOSE BLEED TODAY,for no reason.and its not the 1st time this week alrdy.oh man.i think i might have cancer!HAHAHAHAH
